2017 Fleet 13 Member Registration Now Open

To: Etchells Fleet 13 Members: 

This is to inform you that the Fleet 13 web site http://www.etchellsfleet13.com/ is open for 2017 registration. Please follow the registration links that are on the front page of the web site. Fleet members have the option to register online and pay with Paypal or they can print a registration form (see link to form at the bottom of the registration page) and send the completed form with check to the address on the form. I have also attached copy of the 2017 registration form to this e-mail. 

As in the past Fleet 13 will also collect the dues for the USECA and IECA through it's registration process. If for some reason you paid your 2016 USECA and IECA dues directly or through another fleet please contact me and I will instruct you how to pay Fleet 13 dues.  

Fleet 13 bylaws require that all skippers must be registered and pay all required dues prior to April 1 to be scored in the Fleet Championship and Faulconer Trophy for that year. Any boat whose skipper has not paid in full by April 1st shall not be scored in any races prior to April 1 of that year, nor subsequent races during the year prior to full payment of the dues outstanding,
